  DEATH: New South Wales Government Gazette 80. 11 August 1944 RE estate of WILLIAM HENRY AUSTIN, late of Rozelle in the State of New South Wales, retired carcase butcher, deceased. Letters of administration granted by Supreme Court of New South Wales on 26th July, 1944. Pursuant to the Wills, Probate and Administration Act, 1898-1940 (Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act, 393G-1938, and Trustee Act, 1923-1940), the Public Trustee, the administrator of the estate of the said William Henry Austin, who died on 27th August, 1943 hereby gives notice that creditors and others having any claim against or to the estate "of the said deceased are required to send particulars of their claims to the said Public Trustee at 19 O'Connell Street, Sydney, on or before the 13th October, 1944, at the expiration of which time the said Public Trustee will distribute the assets of the said deceased to the persons entitled, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
