Notes - Per the various Griffiths Valuations, Samuel occupied an 8 acre property being Map reference 38 in the townland of Killywoolaghan, Parish of Arboe, County Tyrone which was leased from the Trustees of John Mackey.
From 1860 Samuel is shown as continuously occupying this property until sometime between 1895 and 1912, when the word 'Reps' is added, possibly meaning Representatives, and indicating that he may have passed away.
For the period from 1913 to 1929 the property starts as being occupied by Reps of Samuel Woolaghan, and in 1921 is changed to Ezekiel Watters. The property description also changed at this point from House, Offices and Land to just Offices and Land.
According to Len Swindley the correct name for this person is WHAN, not Woolaghan, and the error wass made in the Griffiths Valuation and persisted.
